A E000 means that the fuser unit is not heating up correctly. You will most likey need a new fuser unit. If you unplug the copier and plug it back in and it will not come to "Ready" you need a new fuser. Good Luck

If this doesnt work you may need to replace the fuser.
1: Push Additional functions button.
2: Push # Then + to option 7, Push SET.
3: Push + to option 4, Push SET.
4: Push YES ( - button ).
5: Unplug for 30 seconds.
