I lost the instruction guide for Peg Perego Thomas ride on and I can't figure out how to charge the battery. I thought that the seat opened up but cannot figure it out. Also, I would like to obtain another manual if I can that is instantly downloadable. Thanks you, Tina Christian

From what I gather, this toy has an access panel to remove and charge the battery, recommended that you do so after every use to maintain battery life. The panel should be removed via use of a screwdriver.

there is no on/off switch, but you do have to take the seat off and make sure that the battery is connected
