There is a picture of an oster clipper in the picture so I assume you are talking about an A5 style blade/clipper. Hold the clipper with the hinge facing you, if the hinge is open, then turn the blade so the blade number is facing up and slide it onto the open hinge, start the clipper and push the blade down to shut it. If the hinge is not open, prize it open with a flat head screwdriver. www.sheaeaseltd.com

Thanks, I never would have figured out the hinge if I hadn't read this. Duh.

How to reassemble blades on wahl stable pro 8800

Do you have more parts in your hand than 2x screws and 2x blade parts? If no then pop the small cutter blade onto the plastic blade drive with the drive engaged into the diamond shaped hole in the cutter blade. Make sure you put the cutter blade on with the teeth facing forwards and the correct way up. The top side (goes towards clipper) is pretty much flat except where teeth taper. Next lubricate the small cutter where it is going to touch the large comb blade when you fit it. Now put the comb blade on and fit the 2 screws. Line up the blades & tighten the screws.

I took the blades off my table fan to clean them and once i put the fan back together and turned the fan back own the blade spins and everything but no air is blowing out

I think that you may have put the blade on backwards. try taking the fan apart and reversing the blade around and reassembling the fan.

I have a used Cub Cadet Model #144-664-100 that I purchased last year and used half of the summer and ran great but towards the end it wasn't cutting very cleanly. So I took off a mower blade, which was...

Have you tried running it with the blade back on? It may be ok as there is a braking system built into the pto clutch that makes the blades hard to turn by hand. Regards Phil

I took the blade off of my riding mower and didn't note the original position of the blades. How do I find the correct position for the replacement blades?

Dont know exactly what you mean, but turn blades with cutting angle up. Make sure if a star like center on blade is lined up and goes over the star like on shaft and tightned bolts. If it has a tray like blade holder, just put up against it and tightned bolt. The way to remember is to put the cutting edge angled side up.

I took off my blades for a 48 inch deck and would like to know if there is a certain way to reinstall them?

Make sure you put the blades back on the exact same way you took them off. Because in order to for them to cut they need to put back on the way they came off.

I took my Wahl clippers apart to clean ......

Okay I fixed mine. this is I what I did and it works now take the big blade and put it on a table, take the little blade and put on top of the big blade if you look closely at the big blade you can see where the little blade went, make sure you allign the blades. next take the white thing dont know what you call it bit it rotates the blades put that on the little blade, take the gold piece align with holes to the big blade and take the silver piece allign with holes and then put the screws back in. when you put it on the clipper make sure the white piece goes in the hole that rotates the blades and sould go in fine
