Power cuts off for acer aspire 5100

Soryy to say you need to reload your operating system. Your registry got corrupted.

i think its power got cut off from the mother board or hard drive

If it works on another computer then either the ide cable in the acer is bad/loose at either end or the ide controller on the motherboard is bad. I would try a known good ide cable first as if this is the problem it is fixable alot cheaper than a motherboard. Hope this helps.

You could try updating the software for your webcam or reïnstalling your current one.

It sounds like video card problem. Bring it to a repair shop.

you will have to shut down the unit and unplug the power cord from the pc:
(1) check and see if all of the connections are secure one of the ribbons from the board may have came loose or it may be loose on the harddrive its self
(2) check the cables and ribbons also to make sure that they are all in good working condition no cuts or broken or kinked wires
(3) power back up and see if you can hear the harddrive is spinning up. if not mayby the harddrive is bad

you should change this ic to fix this.
go to the best repairing center near you.

try to reseat the memory first.
if that don't work, most of the time your mainboard is bad
