Simplest answer here is to contact the original manufacturer. If it is an old oven most good repair shops can find or replace the timer knob. Costs will depend on where you buy it and if you pay to have the repair done.
Is it the actual knob that is broken or the little tab the knob holds onto that is broken. You either need a replacement knob or a replacement switch assuming the know is also the thermostat for the unit. Does that same knob control the fan speed? Temprature or timer?
If it isn't too late, I have a single crystal knob also. Couldn't find another when one of mine broke, so I bought two in the chrome finish. Let me know if you're interested in my (unbroken!) crystal knob.
You can't buy the regulator knob as a seperate part, you have to buy the entire manifold; Porter Cable part number N003001. Shop around on parts sites as these cost around $70 plus any shipping and handling. Depending on how often you have to change the regulated pressure output it may not be worth replacing.
The Power Switch is part of the Rear Operation Unit. You can find this part here in Black or Silver.
The Power Knob is on top of the Power Switch. You can find this part in Black or Silver. Make sure you know if you need the Power Knob or the Power Switch.
