There is a gray sticker on the liner insde the fridge area. If you open the right door you will see it on the right wall.

If there is no sticker on the unit, you could have purchased a "void" that does not have a warranty. A void unit is one that was to be destroyed and sold.

Regarding recent fire risks with Beko FF. I can't

The serial number should be in the top fridge compartment, on the inside. Left hand wall three quarters of the way up and about 4 inches in. A silver or white sticker with the Model and performance data written horizontally and the serial number in bold written vertically.

The model number you have given doesn't match any on the list,.

Freezer fan is noisey and can t find serial number

The number you will need is the model number. On side by side models there are a few places to look. 1- inside fridge on right or left wall. 2- Open fridge door and look up near the top front lip. 3- Open both doors and look on body of fridge under the doors. 4- Fridge door sometimes there is a sticker right when you open. Mostly you are looking for a silver sticker or silver plate. It gives you a model number and serial number. If you need further assistance please mail me back.

Will not cool. Electric is on and there is a strong amonia smell.

TURN THE FRIDGE OFF AND DO NOT USE!!!! Your cooling unit is leaking!!!! You will need to replace either the cooling unit or the entire fridge. There is usually about a 400 dollar difference in the two. Check your model number and serial number of the fridge and call your local dometic dealer to see if it is under recall. You may be able to have it repaired for free. If you provide me with the model, serial number and serial number of the cooling unit (located in the rear through the door on the tank assembly), I can provide you with this information.

Again, TURN THE FRIDGE OFF and DO NOT USE!!!!!

Let me know what happens,

Jeff

My Dometic trailer refridgerator is warm but freezer is freezing.

Brandi4723,

Unfortunately, you have a bad cooling unit in your refrigerator. Then ammonia smell means that you have a leak in the unit. TURN THE FRIDGE OFF!!! Do not use the fridge on AC or Gas until you have the cooling unit replaced or buy a new fridge. Depending on the model number and serial number of the fridge, it may be under recall by dometic and you might be able to have it repaired for free. If you will provide me with the model number, serial number and the serial number of the cooling unit (found on the outside of the unit in the fridge compartment, lower tank of cooling unit), I can then tell you the pricing of the repairs or whether it is under recall.

Again, TURN THE FRIDGE OFF and do not use it...RISK OF FIRE!!!!

Hope this helps,

Jeff
