Hi there, you have to make sure if you have recharged your sim for GPRS activation. If you haven't then do so, the settings should be sent to your mobile in 24 hrs. If not you can ring airtel customer complaint on 198 and explain to them the problem, and they will send you settings that have to be installed on your phone. Else you can go to sony ericsson's website below and request for settings for mobile office :)
Its the charging connector problem, clean the connectors of the battery that golden ones and also the phone , carbon might have accumulated , cleaner recommended is nail polish remover or alcohol.

sir, your phone had virus so it corrupted your phones software, try to charge it and leave for 2 hours, not more than that, extra charging may spoil your battery life. if it works then its ok. if it does't then take it to sony service center with your purchase bill and warranty card if it is in warranty. if the warranty period is exceeded then give it in the service center and get it formatted, it will cost you just Rs.393. do not give it to the personal repairing shops they uses the pirated softwares which may make your phone working but will certainly harm it
- I switch off my k790 and changed a sim card but could not turn it
on. Whonever I press the power on button a red light flashes near the
