Try to Update your driver may it will work for you here are the easiest step for updating the drivers:

Connect your device to the PC using data Cable (USB cable)
Now On Desktop of you PC
Right click on My computer icon and select Properties
Click on Device Manager
(Or follow Start button --> Control Panel --> Device Manager)

Now search for your hardware whom you want to update.
Right click on it and click on Update Driver Software...

It will ask for CD or DVD then insert the driver CD/DVD if you don't have then it will ask for searching the drivers over internet click Yes for it and it will automatically download the drivers for you.

here are several ways to transfer mobile phone photos onto your PC, ranging from, emailing them using GPRS, Bluetooth file transfers, Infrared file transfer, using MMS service, using a card reader or simply using a data cable. Some software tools provide image editing tools as well that will enable cropping, rotation, and sharpening of images once transferred to you PC. Don’t be afraid of referring to the software’s help file incase you get stuck.
   
8. As phone models and manufacturers vary, it is always a good practice to read through the mobile phone user manual and the software's help or readme file while using this guide. It is also always good practice to use the backup function of the software first to ensure you can restore your phone back to its original state should anything happen to it.

just connect the data cable to the pc and phone , go to pc suite start connect to internet , go to settings , choose your phone as modem ( also set as default if only phone is sync ) change the service provider to a list of providers given and press connect and you will be connected provided you also have data services activated by your provider.

Did you restart your computer after software install?
Sometimes you need to restart if you just installed the software WITH the phone plugged in at your usb port.
You may try the windows trouble shooter by clicking the start then control panel then printers and other hardware then scanners and cameras then on the left under imaging tasks click "add an imaging device" then the "camera and imaging device" wizard window will come up. From there select the "have a disc button". Place your disc in cd rom drive and click o.k.
After you have done this you will have to restart your computer also, in some instances.

Try these two things and let me know how it worked.
These instructions may vary because these instructions are for windows xp hoome.
