According to Fujitsu Service Support, the Scaleo 600 uses a Gigabyte GISXT

detail out the connections for the Front Panel header on the mobo.

Orientation of the motherboard:
Processor to the top, ram memory slots to the right, white PCI slots to the
bottom, (5 of them)
The Front Panel header is to the extreme right bottom corner.
Two columns of pins. The Power LED is right above the Front Panel
header. (PWR LED)

The pins of the Front Panel header are numbered starting from the
Bottom, going towards the Top.
Pins on the Right column starting at the Bottom, going towards the Top,
1,3,5,7,9,11,13, 15,17,and 19
Pins on the Left column starting at the Bottom, going towards the Top,
2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18, and 20
A) Pins 1 and 3 are for the HDD LED. (HarDDrive Actvity Lamp)
Pin 1 is for the Positive connection. ( + )
B) Pins 5 and 7 are for the Reset switch, with Pin 7 being the Positive
connection.
C) Pins 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19 are shown not to be used.
Apparently there are No pins 9, 11,13, 15, 17, and 19.
(NC. No Connection)
D) Pins 2 and 4 are for the Power On LED. (Also MSG)
Pin 2 being the Positive connection ( + )
E) Pins 6 and 8 are for the Power On switch
Pin 6 being the Positive connection
F) Pins 10 and 12 are not used . (NC. No Connection)
G) Pins 14, 16, 18, and 20 are used for the internal speaker.
Pin 14 being the positive connection
To add if I may.
If you do not know, or there is no indication thereof,
of what the individual cables you have stated go to; you'll have to trace their origin.
Trace the cable that goes to the Power On switch, behind that Power On button.
The Power On LED lamp may be in this cable also, or it may not.
The Reset switch may have it's own cable.
And so on.
You may have to remove the Front Panel, in order to trace the origins of these cables.
