Question about Sony BDPS370 BluRay Player
Players that are not region free with their own region code support and the Blu-ray disc region code should match the region code of players. Or you can get a region free Blu-ray player which can play discs of any region codes so that it can keep you from a lot of region code troubles in the future. You can try Leawo Blu-ray Player which is a free Blu-ray and region free player program.

You can try resetting the region code of your Blu-ray player but it might fail and your player might become unusable. Try ripping your Blu-ray/DVD to MP4 or other common video and play them on your computer. Here's how to do that: How to Rip and Convert Blu ray to MP4 with Blu ray to MP4 Converter

The Player will not play the Blu-ray discs other than Region C.
This is because all the Blu-ray/DVD Players are designed such way that it will play only the discs that are manufactured and sold in the same country where the Player is manufactured.
You can play the discs that are "Region ALL".
However, you may try copying the content of the Region A/B Blu-ray discs to a Computer then create a video Blu-ray disc to check whether you can play them in the BDPS370.
