Whirlpool electric wall oven rbs305 oven is on, control panel shows on, 350, etc, but elements don't heat. Same for broiler element. Auto clean was run last week and the oven hasn't been used since. Thanks!

I had a fire in the oven and poured flour & water on it and did not try using it for a few weeks I used oven cleaner & the next day tried using the self cleaning feature & got an error F9 with a beep that will not turn off unless the door is open can you please help??
