the default phone lock code is 0000
in case if you have forgetten your old security code,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest samsung serice centre,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed.... thank you..... take care

1) check your setting for sound to (2 way speakers)
2) Setting for Volume in control panel.
3) connector may be you need a little expantion from radio shack gold ext.
4) be sure you got sound from headphones !! **

i had a similiar person who came to me with the same speaker problem try takin ur case of and where ur speaker is that u put up to ur ear clean it out with a soft cotton bud slightly damp otherwise go to ur nereast mprc ( mobile phone repeair company) they r very competitave it cost the person 25 pound and they did it while he waited if u want the numbers let us know
