Sounds like a Power Board / Video Board issue - stand by power is still ok - and why you have a red light - but the set is unable to power up the panel to drive a picture. Or the video board is the issue an is no longer processing the image to your panel. Based on the clicking noise - I lean towards the power board as the issue.
A common cause are failure of decopling capacitors in the audio section, and or the circuit board power distribution that feeds the audio board. Most of the capacitors are surface mount components. The standard fix is to start by changing the circuit boards that have the defective parts.
If the set is under warranty, call for warranty service. Out of warranty service is expensive for these TV sets.
Tv now, have a LED light indication "LAMP" on the frame are blinking or flashing.Metallic sound are clicking noises?Yes,sound like the board that call the Ballast board it is dead. This Ballast board only job are to ignite the tv projection lamp only.U have some mechanicals skills like take things aparts and putting it back together again?Yes,tries websites like Partstore.com,Ebay.com to buy a new Ballast board for the replacement. The tv projection lamp might have to be replacement change too, because, when the Ballast board has died and exploded the voltages and current high voltages could have more than the tv projection lamp now could take.
Now tv turn on.Hear alots of clicking or squiling, loud motor noises turn on?Alot of clicking, the Ballast board it dead, this board help ignite the projection lamp.Tv also have a colors wheels. The colors wheel is dead,if hear squiling noises, loud motor noises.
From the information you have provided the problem is with the convergence. If you have gone into the menu after the TV has been on for an hour or more and tried adjusting the focus/conversion and the focus did not correct the problem the convergence ICs have failed and will need to be replaced along with a few defective resistors. If all the colors are incorrect a open fuse in the voltage supply to the amplifiers is possible.Convergence failure is a very common problem with this TV set. There could be other parts that are not within factory specs. The only way to be positive of the problem is to have the circuitry diagnosed by someone with the proper TV test equipment to determine what parts that are no longer within specs. A small TV repair shop will many times be less expensive than a large repair facility.

Is this TV connected to a digital box or directly to an antenna? If its connected to a box then suspect the box first. If the box has been swapped with another one and still does the same thing, then the TV has a bad tuner and/or digital board. The tuner in most TV's is part of the digital board and must be replaced together.
