No It's not virus . It is issue of ip address in your computer. You can set ip address with 2 method static and DHCP. For DHCP you need to enable it in router. Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. Then click on DHCP and enable so you can get ip from router.Enable "ip get automatic in network adapter tcp ip property. If you want to ser static ip in tcp ip then gateway ip set to router ip if your router ip is 192.168.1.1 then your computer ip is 192.168.1.3 subnetmask 255.255.255.0 and gateway as 192.168.1.1 Then you can access internet Let me know if you need further assistance.
