Error- im32fax.dil not found. Pops up on every start up

This occur most probably you install and uninstall a printer/fax software ie not remove correctly or the software uninstaller is useless!

An error message "IM32FAX.DIL Not Found" could mean a number of things. Most notably, it is an issue with the way that the printer software is interacting with the computer and how the computer responds to this interaction with the printer. At times, this error will show up at the computer's start up. This simply means that there is something that is attempting to load the file when the computer begins to boot. Sometimes a simple re-installation of the software will fix the problem; however, if that is not the case, the user must attempt clean boot troubleshooting. From the Start menu, the user clicks Run, then types "msconfig.exe" and presses enter. While inspecting the Startup tab, the user should see if there are printer or fax related items, uncheck those items, click OK, then reboot the computer. If the error remains after the reboot, then the user must check and uncheck the items one at a time, rebooting each time until the solution has been found. Most likely, there is an error with the install program for Lexmark. From the Lexmark CD, copy the "im32fax.di_" code from the "Fax" folder. A simple extraction will put the missing code on your computer.
