Mms does not work, i am UNABLE to send pic msgs. plz help

mms msgs are not for free your balance is low my friend and contact bsnl coustomer for more info as its not a mobile problem

HI the problem you are having is with the settings on your phone, all you need to do is contact your service provider and tell them what make and model of phone you have then ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings, your service provider wont charge for this and they will send them to you via text message and this will update your phone to the correct settings and it will allow you to use it as it should be used.

now for the phone freezing up whilst sending a message this problem may be solved when they send you the settings if its not your going to need to take your phone into a phone shop to have the firmware updated, remember to back all your info up though as doing this it will format the phone and you will lose anything.

To send pic msgs you need to have MMS activated on your phone. If it is activated then there is no way that you would not be able to send pic msgs. Please contact the helpline of your service provider and ask them to activate the MMS on your number. When they do it, they will send a msg to you with the settings. Only after you save this msg that the MMS would be available to you on your phone.

I think you can log onto your T-mobile account and pick a phone similar to the Soul and there is a option to "Send MMS Drivers" right to the phone.. or you can call T-mobile customer support and tell them you purchase like a G1 from a friend but cant send MMS..

Then unpack it and you should be in business

sprint sent out a software update for that issue. Call sprint they will be glad to send the update to your phone to upload..

hi there i think your mms settings is not right. ask your service provider to send you a settings of MMS and GPRS then save it set as priority. ok
now you can send pics and recieve.
