I have a magnavox 20MT1331/17 tv and do not have the original remote. I have an rca universal remote. I can find the code which will turn the tv off and on change channels and volume etc but not turn on sleep mode. I can just get sleep mode off on the screen and smartlock disabled. Can you help?

HOLD THE CODE SEARCH BUTTON DOWN UNTIL THE RED LIGHT STAYS LIT.

PRESS THE DEVICE BUTTON (ie TV)

CHANNEL UP BUTTON UNTIL THE CHANNEL CHANGES. (300 SHOULD BE MAXIMUM)

PRESS THE MUTE BUTTON TO SET THE CODE
