Your puk code is located on the sim pack, it is the 8 digit code that is on the sim pack. If you do not have the main pack you can contact the customer care or the sim service provider for the puk code, they will give you the code and as soon as you enter it on the phone, it will request for a new pin, once you enter it twice, the sim will be unblocked.

PUK codes are the codes that are used in unblocking a sim card after entering wrong codes three times or the amount of times the network permits you to enter the code.

It is used in securing sim cards so not just anyone will be able to have access to sim card when it is blocked. Except for the person that has the PUK code. It simply means Personal Unblocking Key codes.

It is found in the sim pack. Once a sim card is purchased, it comes in a pack with a user manual, then the sim card carrier where you break out the Sim card from, then the case in which it is packed in. The PUK code mostly used to be on the Sim card carrier. It mostly used to be 8 digits or depending on the amount the sim card provider wants it to be, and found right under the pin code on the Sim carrier.

It is not far fetched, just check on your Sim card carrier and you will find the PUK codes.

You will observe that after entering a wrong code thrice, it will demand for your puk code, this puk code is at the back of your sim pack.

You will see where puk code i written at the back of you sim pack. enter this puk code on your, it will tell you to reconfirm, enter it again, your phone will be unlock and you can now start operation.
