Ok. First wk, iPod syncs fine. A couple of hrs ago, plugged iPod in, i gt "ipod corrupt, use restore" message. So I use restore, and my ipod comes back alive, then i plug it back into my pc. The ipod syncs but straight after it successfully syncs it disconnects again so i cant put any songs in! Help?

Use the Five Rs to restore the iPod. You will lose the data that is currently on it if you restore but you can always re-sync the data to the iPod.

Test the songs that are not playing on the iPod in iTunes and see if the original file is still playable on iTunes if the song still plays re-sync your iPod could be when iTunes copied the song it must have failed or timed out, if that fails re-syncing try restoring you iPod Nano i have had this problem before and I just re-synced and it worked fine!
it seems to be the file is not found on ur hard drive..
just check whether u can play those files on itunes..
if not try adding those files again and then try to play those in itunes... once u confirm that those files work fine on itunes. u can sync the ipod..
What seems to have happened is that either iTunes or the iPod folder has become corrupt. To solve this, download the very latest version of iTunes, install it, connect your iPod. If it wants to update the software on your iPod do this. Then on the main ipod page on iTunes click the button that says Restore. Choose the bottom most option if given any then go ahead and restore. You should now be able to sync as normal.
