Hi,

I face a problem for quite awhile. I don't know what to do. My HP Ipaq h6365 will automatic shut down and reset everything. I am not sure what is wrong. The battery is still full and I can on the Ipaq back after that. Unfortunately, everything is reset and I need to set the date, perform the screen align and all my contacts and messages are deleted. Can somebody help me??

Thanks

HP iPAQ h3615

It is a standard feature that after every hared reset , you have to reset the ipaq. So just follow the instructions which will lead you to reset it. first tap the screen at the point where two lines cross, then repeat it as it asks you to do.
