50vs810 hitachi tv temp light is flashing, already replaced fan.
Still not working, however, I have 3 other fans that came in kit, should I replace all and where do I find instructions to complete? What should i do next? Please help.

Where did you find the kit? I need a fan kit too. I would say replace all the fans in the kit. i am working on getting the service manual for this tv. This should help with how to replace the fans.

Spoke to a local repair shop. The tech told me that there is a wiring harness that has four fans on it. One of the four fans has failed. The complete harness needs to be replaced. There is another risk. Depending on the state of the TV when the fan failed, it might have cost you a bulb as well. The tech quoted me $250 to $300 to repair the television. Add about $120 more for a bulb.
The fan next to the bulb would be my guess as the only problem. No sense digging unless needed. Replace the fan first, turn it on and see. There should not be any reset needed.

Chances are good that it will work. The only catch is that one of the wires are monitored by the protect circuit. If the wiring is different it may not work. I would try it though. Nothing bad should happen. Make sure that if it does work that the fan is blowing in the correct direction.
