My faceplate for my cd player got stolen can i buy another faceplate or do i have to get a new stereo

hi i am afraid so, the reason you are not able to find one is because of theft, if someone was to steal your system from your vehicle, and just go buy a new head for the system it would be pointless being able to remove the faceplate's in the first place, i think the only way you might find one will be if someone has got a broken chassis but has a good faceplate, sorry but that is probably the only reason why you cant find one...hope this helps

considering the price of a new faceplate, you may as well but a new radio.

So if i understand your question correctly, you still have the stereo in your dash, but the face has been stolen, is this correct, Because if this is the case you can remove the rest of the stereo from the dash and somewhere on this unit it will tell you what model it is.

the only to recieve a new faceplate, unfortunatly, is to buy a whole other new or used head unit.

the GT-200 is the cheapest of the sony line. A new radio can be obtained for under $50. A faceplate direct from sony would be approximately the same amount. Check eBay or Craigslist for a used one.

You can't find faceplates for card decks since that will defy the safety feature.

mine was stolen too. I thin you need to contact the seller or manufacturer to find out. If it is the same model number as it is on the main cd player part then I think it can work. But suggest you to contact the manufacturer.
