Three incorrect attempts will lock your SIM. And the code that you need for the locked SIM is the PUK code. SIM uses 2 PUKs (PUK1 and PUK2)
You need to find the package of the SIM and you will see that there's a sticker outside the package that has the PUK1 and PUK2. You need to use the PUK1. If there's no sticker outside the package, then check the contents.
If you could no longer find the package, then you need to contact the phone manufacturer and give them your phone number. The manufacturer will ask you some questions and will give you the PUK1 once the ownership is verified.
After typing the PUK1 code, the phone will allow you to setup a new password.
The default PUK is 00000000 (eight zeros). Enter it once only. If it does not work then contact the helpline of your service provider and get a new PUK as PUK is the domain of the service provider. Also remember that wrong PUK entered more than five times will lock the SIM.

No one can fix it at fixya. The only 2 persons who can fix it together are you and your sim's cust care. whatever sim you are using just call them through other handset tell them you require PUK1 this is your SIM no and mobile no this is your DOB and address and they will give you 10 digit PUK1.
Kindly do rate my solution.
You bloked the Pin code that is why you have that problem, go to place were you buy that simcard and ask for puk. the sim is bloked not the phone.in some country you can get the puk code and all the detail from that card from website if the card is registredin your name and you have to know the detail's from registration
