How do I change the color options?

Changing between the color shows is as simple as powering down the light (using a switch) and turning it back on within 10 seconds.

How many color choices do I have?

Twelve (12) - There are five (5) static non-color changing options and seven (7) color changing shows. Each show is set and cannot be changed. The shows range from three colors, slowly fading from one to the next to a fast moving Mardi Gras show with over 1500 colors.
Click here http://www.haywardnet.com/pdfs/UL_listings.pdf for a matrix of replacement lights. The new light fixture must mount in the existing niche. Once you’ve determined the niche installed, use the chart to see the replacement light that will fit.
NOTE: To help determine the niche installed, use the model of the light fixture removed. There are some characteristics of old niches and lights (i.e. location of securing screw, how the lens is secured, the label on the light, the size of the can etc.), which may aid in their identification.

these little gems of technology are supposed to rotate on the top pipe so that the hose doesnt tangle. if you can grab the pipe and gently rotate it, the hose might just be too long.

Have an intermatic remote for pool light, the light comes on inside the pool but does not change colors, any ideas what to do???

I used to own one of these. Water got in the seal on mine and damaged the board and I saw a similar effect. If it is under pool warranty from the installation, call the pool company to see if they will replace the computer board in the light or the whole light.

LIGHT SYNCHRONIZATION If your pool or spa has multiple Hayward ColorLogic LED lights, they may be operated independently, or they can be easily synchronized so they will all display the same colors and shows at the same time. For light synchronization, all lights must be wired to the same switch. Once installed, all lights should be automatically synchronized, however, if they get out of sync, they can be re-synchronized easily. To re-synchronize your lights, turn the switch on, then back off, then wait between 11 and 14 seconds and turn the switch back on. When the lights come back on, they should enter program #1, and be synchronized.

Multi color light will not come on/only flashes a second

These swimming pool lights are have a power cycle function. It could be that your power cycle is not working properly. Turn the light off for more than 60 seconds to let it reset. Then turn it on and off in 10 second intervals. If the color does not change or the light does not stay on, and you have tested your ground connection, then you will probably need to have your bulb replace.
