I was offered a Samsung TV model # HC-P4363W and was told that it needed a repacement part # BP9401794A. Were could I purchase this part.
Is there a service manual I can refer to.

Check the tv out?If the tv have picture,colors R,G,B misalignment,picture have colors shadows,look like 3D pictures.The tv problems is it have a convergence problems.Very common on a DLP tvs.Very much repairables.The tv convergence board the 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors are dead.These parts,must replaced to solved convergence problems.The shop will cost u $300-350 for parts and labors.
Parts numbers #----- does not mean much,if u doesn't have the tv model replaceable's parts catalog.The tv is all together,no missing any parts right?Decribe the problems of the tv,when power turn on to the tv.Every tvs are repairable one way or another.The questions is,it cost effective to repair or not.
