Yes, the problem of your camera still repairable and I hope only adjustment of focus or cleaning of gear inside of the lens.

If you can open your camera and try to adjust the focus gear or clean the gear inside of lens.kindly check alos if the cable is not broken and connected properly.

goodluck and thank you my friend

The camera turns on but it is all blurry. And when I turn it off it beeps twice and the lense won't go all the way in.

Sounds like your lens assembly is damaged, it isn't able to twist the lens appropriately in order to fully close it or to focus in on the images you want. You will more than likely need to have the camera serviced. In most cases if it isn't under its warranty it will be a repair ranging close to $100, which is typically the cost of a new camera. Check your date of purchase as camera's come with at least a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, and hopefully you can get set straight.

What to do if my cameras taking blurry pictures? How to fix it?

Some thoughts...are you moving when you press the shutter button? Put your camera on a firm surface or a tripod and take a few shots....are they better? Do you press the shutter button half-way and allow the camera to lock in the focus before pressing the rest of the way?

What do i do if my camera is taking blurry?

try this steps

-make sure that the mode dial is in AUTO
-half press the shutter button and let the camera do an auto focus thing
-then full press the shutter button

if that does not work reset the unit press MENU > SET UP 2 . RESET this will restore the unit to factory settings and will not erase your pictures

then try this steps again

-make sure that the mode dial is in AUTO
-half press the shutter button and let the camera do an auto focus thing
-then full press the shutter button

Samsung s860 camera lens will not close and is out of focus.

I hate to say it but your camera needs to be serviced. Might not be worth the repair. Try to take it to a local repair center that would offer you a free estimate....

Shutter too slow and pics of people blurry. I have the camera on auto setting, push button half way down, focus, then all the way, take the pic. If the subject is moving AT ALL, the pic comes out blurry....

If your camera has a sport or action mode that would be your best option if your pics keep coming out blurry. These modes are made for action shots. Its worth a try!
