Open your sim card phone book from the SIM folder then select option and mark-- all then copy all your phone book to contacts. if u just want to select some of them just mark which one do you want and copy it

remove the battery for 30 sec to 1 min then reinstall the battery and try it again if it doesn't work then contact your carrier's call center and ask the IT rep for further instructions i sometimes have this problem with my ZTE Android Smartphone
try a hard reset..dial *#7370# then input 12345 as a password..if it doesn't work turn off your n70, hold power button * 3 and receive call button at the same times, make sure your battery is full. notes: it will erase all your data in phone memory
change the profile to "general"
If that doesnt work,format the phone by pressing *#7370# or use a software update.if all those didnt helped you,u'll need to contact a service center or a technician
Try changing the charger, if that doesnt work change the charging block inside the phone, you will need a T6 screwdriver... If that doesnt work, provide a bit more info...
