NOKIA 5300 low battery . . if i will charge in

If it still does this when left on charge for more than 8 hours it will probably be that the battery is faulty and needs replacing

Ifthe battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

if you know how to use a multi tester try to check if your phone is shorted, put the range value to ohms x1 and top it to the positive and negative battery connection of the phone.

A duplicate battery often causes a problem...may be the pin has got damaged or else you need to get the software updated.plz contact nokida care service centre.they wud certainly help you out

The battery is faulty or needs replacing. All rechargable batteries lose their efficiency over time meaning that they hold charge for less time. It sounds like your battery is either at the end of it's life or has a fault. If the phone is less than 12 months old, it's worth contacting the seller or manufacturer to ask for a replacement

Tell nokia care center to replace the charging needle ... bcuz it is rusty..... !

You need to replace your battery.  When you do follow these steps to preserve battery life.
1.  Fully charge battery for 24 hours 2.  Make sure that you use the phone without charging it until the phone tells you the battery is low. 3. Fully charge the battery until it reaches full again.
The reason your battery is failing to hold a charge is a problem call battery memory.  The less power that you use off the battery the less capacity the battery has.  

reset the factory settings by giving password 12345.

pls chk the power saver option in phone settings and plz check the programes running at the same time in ur handset, make sure that the options should not be more than one, if u are plzying songs on phone itself uer battery will drain very sioon if u want to get the full or near to the full battery backup than listen the songs with earphones.... that will solve ur problem to some extant.
