That's the SoundMax driver that my Compaq 82801DB ICH-4 motherboard uses, DevID: 8086:24C5 Subsystem ID: 0E11-0088 REV-01

In theory, they are all the same - if it doesn't, and you are a brave soul, go to the directory in which it unzipped the driver, and edit the file SMAXWDM\W2K_XP\smwdmCH4.inf, search for pci\ven_8086&dev_24c5&subsys (and what not) and replace the values that match your card. (If you know how to get them... Everest Ultimate Edition would do the trick).
