Have a 68cm digital control multisystem Audiosonic TV - for some reason, cannot view it as the red padlock icon has come up on the screen. Have moved 2 weeks ago & don't know where the TV book is yet - can anyone suggest anything to unlock the TV?
In the remote for your telly there should be a button marked 'display' or 'disp' or a small square with + sign to it--when you have that padlock on the screen just press and hold that button for 5 seconds, that should unlock your tv

I have a audiosonic tv KM0544 and I cannot get the Child Lock symbol off .It wont get me into the television as it stays on but it can play dvd.
The Child Lock feature prevents unauthorized viewing of the
television. To activate, press and hold the Function key, and then
press MUTE. you should see a key symbol appear on the screen.
This will lock out all remote functions (except for Standby). To unlock
the TV, press and hold the Function key and press MUTE. This will
unlock the TV. Please note that the only way to activate or deactivate
the Child lock feature is via remote control - please insure that it is
stored securely.

my problem is the childlock is on but i have lost my remote!!! is there any way i can get it off without the remote???
red unlock key on bottom left of screen. accidently leaned on it now i dont know how to unlock lol. the hold display button for 5 seconds trick doesnt work
