We had a power cut the other night and now the ovens clock will not reset
We flipped off the designated breaker to the oven and turned it on again. We were then able to reset the clock. This has happened to us several times.

When I turn on my westinghouse gas oven (GOL476), it appears to ignite immediately but after 3 or 4 minutes there is a strong gas smell which lasts for sometime before it gradually disappears.

We had a power cut after which the oven refuses to light up. Kindly suggest something.
Not sure of the model number on my double ovens. They were purchased for my new house in 2008. Had this problem before and the tech unhooked a ground wire (???) and it stopped. Several years later it's doing exactly the same thing so obviously that wasn't the problem at the time. I've reset it several times. It seems like it is cutting on and off.
