Innovage mp3 player driver software disc is missing

Are you sure you synced to you player? I rip videos as well, but then I have to move that video to the software that came with my mp3/video player then sync it. Try that

I have the software and I still can't copy songs onto it, always errors. This thing is not worth the frustration at all. Return it for a refund if you can.

i cant change the language on my mp3, it was changed to chinese accidently and dont know how to change it back
