Natural Gas to Propane

My fryer is model # GM35GMS it is currently natuiral gas and our Club wants to have it set up to use liquid propane. Can we buy a kit ?

Hello

Yes you will need to buy the orifice to convertit to propane.
After you install the orifice, you will need to also adjust the manifold pressure with a monometer. And you will also need to put the stickers on the gas valve that will state that this unit has been converted for use with propane. If you have any other questions feel free to comment back.
