My olevia tv's volume is not working correctly. I

Try the following steps:
1. Turn on the tv. 2. Slide the "Mode" switch to the "tv" position 3. Press and hold the "mute" and "select" keys at the same time until the green light under "tv" flashes twice. Release both keys. 4. Using the remote's keypad, enter the digits 9-9-1-1 5. Press "pwr" key. Point the remote at the tv. 6. Repeatedly press "channel up" key until the tv turns off. 7. As soon as the tv shuts off, press and release the "select" key Your remote should now be programed to the tv.

its hard to find a remote that will work an olevia , since this brand is new and alot of manf. that make universal remotes have not updated there system..

This company called Amergence Technology sells the Olevia Remote and will control any olevia television.

Contact them at 866-965-3842 (just ask to purchase a remote)

I think you are out of luck. None of the universal remotes recognize Olevia tvs. The manufacturer claims its because they are too new.

I purchased a universal remote URC-R6 from Best Buy that someone else had said worked for them. With a little work, I have programmed it to take the place of both my remotes. Seems to be working fine!

I have directTv and an olevia TV, and DirectTV remotes do not support Olevia

You need remote rc64 to control the Olevia 32 inch LCD. You can call Directv and order the remote. Use code 11610.
