Hello Jachin, if you still have this problem. Try doing a "hard reset" - Turn off tablet - Hold down the power and volume "down" key together - when red text appears select "yes" by holding down power key for 10 secs.
Reformatting shall commence
Please note that this process works on most android tablets.
First you need to check if you did not have any flash drive or device attached to your laptop when you turned it off. Because if you do, your system will not booth completely, you will only be having a black screen, and to solve that, you just remove your battery and insert in back then try to turn it on.
Ensure you have the battery fully charged. Then turn it on. If that does not help, then the problem could be a hardware problem, which could be that the module is faulty and the screen is not lighting up or the hard disk is disconnected or the RAM is not connected properly.
The module is like the flex on the laptop that assists the information from the motherboard be read on the screen. So if it is faulty then you will not be able to see anything.
For that, you need to open it up and replace the module. If it is the hard disk, just tighten the connection and the RAM too, then try to couple it back together and turn it on.
Try to hold down control+alt+delete to see if the task manager comes up, if it does, then you know it is not the module, then you select task manager and run an operating system disk, to format your hard drive and run a new operating system.
These are a list of most likely problems that can affect the screen of your laptop.
If you are not familiar with such technical activity (loosening the laptop), i will strongly advice you seek technical assistance from a professional, to avoid shock or further damage in the unit.
Sounds like one of two things. Either your connection wire from the screen to the hard drive is lose most of the time you can go on the product sites enter the info on the underside of the computer enter that info on the products site and get your info from the help self section or the repair diagram. Number 2 is your screen has a bad wire and it needs to be replace you can find them new on ebay and most of the time it is easy to fix yourself.
I hope some of this info helps you.
NOTE: Ususally when computers DO NOT find any startup information on the SELECTED DRIVE (like when you click a key) it goes to the default drive. WHICH IS YOUR HARD DRIVE. Meaning it is probably your Harddrive is broken, or your connection from hard drive to motherboard is broken
Burn a Live CD bootdisk of some linux distribution liek Slax, google it. Burn it to a bootable CD and put it into your drive, then select to boot from it. If it boots only using your CD ROM drive, if that works then its probably not your BIOS/rest of computer, which is good.
And while in the live cd, you can see your harddrive and see files, that means its not broken its just your connection to it....either way im guessing youll have to send it in.
