I have the same problem. The code has always been in my little fiat book together with the manual etc., but since I´ve been to the repair shop, it´s gone and none can find it. I now called the fiat service and they try to solve it and call me back then. Maybe you try the same.I have the same problem. If you lost your radio code and it's the original radio inside the car, your best bet would be to go to Fiat. If you play nice they won't charge you for it.
