Question about LG TRAX Cellular Phone
Thanks for using Fixya.
Replacing the LCD screen by yourself is not really recommended.
But if you still want to replace the you can visit these two websites for the instructions on replacing the screen. It's not for the exact phone but the steps are nearly same for every phone.
Good luck and have a nice day.

Many cell phone users wrongly sell, or give away their cell phones when
the LCD screen cracks, breaks or goes bad. Removing and replacing the
LCD screen yourself is much cheaper than buying a new phone. Most cell
phone parts or components can be purchased online at cell phone repair
website such as CellularDr.com or Cellphonesshop.net. Replacing the LCD
screen yourself, however, may void your warranty agreement.
Switch off phone,
Get a screw driver and unscrew the top where the screen is located,
(screw is located when flip is open).
Carefully remove screen from hook(when it is Pinned too),
Fix the replacement screen and screw back necessary screws on the phone.
And your Dawn.
