TV turns on, but screen is black and no audio

There is a blue light on the front of the tv indicating that there is power. Nothing shows up on the screen and there is no audio. I installed a new convergence module and thats when the problem occured. First when i powered up the tv the blue light on the front would blink at the same time the speakers were popping and there was a internal beeping sound after awhile tv would sutdown by itself. But now it is just doing what i stated in the beginning Please help, thanks.
