Dvd burner wont eject

Open out a paper clip and insert it in the little eject hole on plastic tray cover and push gently until it ejects.

DOOR WONT EJECT AND ZOOM NOT WORKING

JVC GR-AXM310
Will not eject!!! I have put in a fully charged battery and tried to eject it, it will not open at all. Please help me out if you can.

My Dvd won't read movies. It does read cds.

Make sure you have a software application installed on your computer that allows DVD s to be viewed. A good app is Cyberlink Power DVD player. You can also download and install the latest version of MS Media Player.

Do not know how to hook up. need help with this

Most PC cases have their connections on the back. Look for any type of guide showing where each cable goes. Most will only fit in one of the connectors.

If you are running Windows XP or Vista, you need to be sure you are logged on with full administrator rights. If you are not, the system will not allow any software installs.

My disc shattered inside the drive and im having trouble getting all the pieces out so was wondering how do i take the disc tray out for a better look?

most optical drives have a small hole on the front usually below the tray. Find a long paper clip, extend it out, gently insert into the hole and push, you should feel resistance. Just keep pushing, this should eject the tray a small distance enough for you to grab and gently pull out to the end of the track. I would remove the drive from the PC, and with the tray open, gently shake the remaining peices out, try to put them together, then gently blast the inside out with compressed air.

Printer makes all appropriate noises and motions, but does not print on page

what is the make / model of the printer ?
also, remove cartridges and blot them on a folded paper towel. If they have ink, you will see ink dots on paper tower, otherwise they may be empty.

HP DESKJET 6540

from Windows Desktop, click Start, settings, printers, locate and right click on the icon for your printer. Go to Properties, Advanced, then print processor, make sure that the options WinPrint, and Raw are selected, then click ok back out, try printing again.

I removed the two small screws from the side panel (has a small clear plastic window with a view of the tape)......then I removed the side panel.... while depressing the 'eject' button I pushed in and down on the cassette tape..... eureka!...... the tape ejected....... not sure why but I'm smiling again!!!

Try taking the two small screws out of the part that reads "do not push this part", this is how i got mine to eject the tape.

When I turned the Power Supply off and on again, the tape ejectd. Repeated the process several times and it worked every time.
