She seems to have broken the touch screen sensors which tell the game where the pen is. The only responsible way would be to get a new one.

Hello,

The calibration is off. Go to start and then control panel. In control panel you should find an icon for ELO calibration. Click this and start the procedure. The calibration will ask for you to touch several places on the screen in little circles with bulls eyes. After this the screen should be corrrect.
