goto printer control panel - menu - language options. you can do it from there.

Uninstal driver.And when installing the driver choose English folder as drivers folder.

Uninstall all the EPSON programs in the control panel, then "Add, remove programs".
Then put the EPSON CD and choose english in the language prompt
