My Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 freezes when I want to start it.. it freezes when it says Initializing DirectX plug-ins. I tried to install Sony Vegas pro 9 and 8 ánd 7 too, but they have the same problem but at another point when it starts. (Something with audio engine was the problem with sony vegas 9...) I already searched on Google how to fix it but it didn't worked. and I'm not that good with computers... So can anyone help me? (please explain what to do because im not that good with english and stuff....)
Hi, you can get the latest DirectX drivers from microsoft website. try this, if it does'nt work come back to me.

Hi, sorry it does spound if you are going round in circles, not being helped by me either. May be take a different look at this! How does your graphics set up compare to what is recomended on your software box? Also need to know how much memory you have?

Hi, memory OK, what was the details on the graphics setup, compared to what the requirements for the software. Because if could well be a graphics problem i.e not man enough for the job, you may need to consider an upgrade. What do you think?
