Ok one of the first steps is to make sure your getting water inside the ice maker feel with one of your fingers if you can feel ice or water on the inside of the tray if you have ice then you would have to disconect and remove the ice maker fromthe machine and run hot water to clean out the ice build up on the inside then reinstall the ice maker back into the machine and test for 24 hrs to see if you get ice if you dont then you have to replace the icemaker. If you do not have any water going into the icemaker water tray then you would have to check the water valve located in the rear of your machine if the water valve is not bringing water to the icemaker replace the water valve hope this helps
