At the back portion of your PC, there is a compartment small enough to insert your PC card. IF you can open it, you can probably check the slot if its not full. Usually, PC card slot is only good for two cards. That is also true with memory slots except HDD slot :-)

Ugh that's a tough one. Are you still covered under warranty? Most business class laptops come with 3 years of full support. Check the bottom of the laptop it will say either 1 year or 3 years.
The problem could be software or worse hardware related.
Let me know about the warranty and we'll proceed from there.
The second battery would replace the cd/dvd drive in that slot. Obviously you would lose the ability to play cds/dvds..The drive is easy to remove -just push on the button to the right and then pull out the drive. Hope this helps..Michael
If you have opened the case you may have disconnected the mouse ribbon cable. Its a thin white ribbon cable that plugs into a 'slot' on the motherboard.
