Power up problems

It sounds like the power is pulsing - that would explain your speakers. Speakers wouldn't make that sound if they were getting power at a steady rate. Look for a bad capacitor. It's possible you have one or more capacitors that have gone bad. They charge to a certain point, then somehow complete a circut momentarily and discharge, giving a pulsing flow of electricity. You can look for visible signs (leaking capacitors, or capacitors that are leaning over), or you can just start testing them with a voltmeter. If you find a bad one, you'll have to get a replacement and solder it in place.

Colour

Under settings or set-up on the remote you should be able to adjust the color of the screen images. If that does not help it may be time for a new TV.

Is this tv digital i have lost remote can i abtain new one

This particular model has a PAL and SECAM tuner built in to the unit, although it does not have a Digital Receiver.

You can purchase a replacement remote control for this item on Amazon.

Just type in LG RZ-20LA70 in the Amazon search engine.

No picture, no sound on a LG LCD tv

If it is hot were you live , That model of t.v doesn't like heat, anything about 35 degrees celsius could cause a problem with the card components.
