To help you guide for changing the ink cartridge of HP DeskJet all-in-one printer, please follow the instructions mention under subject 'To replace the print cartridges'on page. No 28 to 30 from the below given link: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00656399
the body of text of the test page is black ink. From what you describe, the print heads are clogged. Most HPs use cartridges that have the head built in, but if not used for an externded period they can dry up and clog.
Try repeated head cleanings (10 or more) see if any change. If none, try new HP ink cartridges
the most important is to remove all the air from the cartridge that has left inside durring refilling that is why professionals are using special machines that refill in 0 air πρεσυρε using vaccum pump
you can check here a video on how to refill with out any special equipment
try cleaning the contacts with a wet towel
if thats not working change the fault cartridge for better refill in order not to destroy cartridges try removing air as in this video
If the ink cartridge is one that is supported for your pritner, then it might be a problem cartridge. Cartridges have a shelf life. There's no telling how long it has been
sitting on a shelf, in the store or in a warehouse, before you bought
it. Ink is one item I feel that you get a fresher product, if you buy
it online. I think online stores have a much larger turnover, because
they service the whole country, instead of just a local community. An
online store will sell more in one day, than your local Office Depot
will in six months, therefore ordering more often, and keeping fresher
ink in stock.
i think the inside printer have dirt or obstacles that blocken the cartridges while printing.
try to clean manually the printer by using powerful air blower, repeatedly.
