Diagnose Connection Problems With Internet Explorer
Internet connection and network errors can be frustrating and confusing to a casual computer user.
However, Internet Explorer provides a diagnostics tool to help identify and even repair the most common network issues.
This tool is simple to use, organized in steps, and can help get a computer back up and running quickly.

Open Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" button in the control bar at the top of the window. From the "Tools" menu, select "Diagnose Connection Problems."
A window will appear, displaying the start page of the diagnostics tool.
Follow the instructions to determine the cause of the connection error.
The diagnostics tool will ask a series of multiple-choice questions about the connection problem you are experiencing.
Close all programs and restart the computer.
If you continue to receive an error when attempting to connect to the Internet, check that all cables and power-supply cords for the computer, modem and/or router are properly connected. Then, run the diagnostic tool again.
Call your Internet service provider's technical support phone number if you cannot resolve the error with the diagnostics tool.
The Internet Explorer diagnostics tool cannot repair or reset malfunctioning or failing hardware like modems and routers.

Internet crashing
If your Internet Explorer keeps randomly crashing (closing by itself), there may be an add-on or temporary page disrupting the connection.
Every time you browse the web, Internet Explorer keeps track of the websites you visit.
It keeps these pages, along with cookie trackers, in the "Temporary Browsing History" folder. Some websites cause Internet Explorer to crash.
Open the Internet Explorer browser. Go to "Tools > Delete Browsing History."
Hit "Delete All."
Check off the box that says "Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons."
Hit "OK."

Close and reopen the browser.
Disable Add-Ons
Go to "Start > Search."
Type "Internet Explorer" and hit "Enter."
The computer will search for any files with this label.
Double-click on the file that says "Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)."
This will allow you to browse in IE without any additional plug-ins or add-ons that might be causing the browser to crash.
Reset Internet Explorer
Open the IE browser.
Go to "Tools > Internet Options."
Hit "Advanced." Click on "Reset" and then hit "Enter."
Close and reopen the browser.

I can't donwload the adobo flashplayer

Hello Annaliza ,
You are probably using Windows 7 and surfing with IE 64 bit . Ie 64 bit is not 100% ready for Flashplayer , so you need to use IE 32 bit even if your system is a 64 bit . Go to " Start / all Programs and open " Internet Explorer " ( not Internet Explore 64 bit ) . now you can go for a download and installation of FlashPlayer .
Best regards ,

Internet Explorer 9 Crashes Fix

youtube-ie9.jpg

Internet Explorer 9 crashes are caused by a number of problems that can occur inside Windows. Because this program is used by the Windows system itself, it's highly recommended that you're able to repair any of the potential problems that it may have, as well as ensuring that your computer is able to run as smoothly as possible with all the important options that it requires to operate. This tutorial is going to show you how to fix the errors that IE9 will often have.

What Causes Internet Explorer 9 Crashes?

  • Your PC will have problems with its files & settings
  • Windows will be outdated
  • The "registry" of your PC will be corrupted or damaged
How To Fix Internet Explorer 9 Crashes Step 1 - Update Windows The most important step to take is to update Windows. This will allow your computer to run much smoother, as it will be able to process the files and settings which it requires to operate the files it needs to run. To do this, you should follow these steps:
  • Click "Start"
  • Click "All Programs"
  • Click "Windows Update"
  • Download all updates
Step 2 - Disable & Re-Enable Internet Explorer 9
  1. Click the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33.jpg, type Programs and Features in the search box, and then click View installed updates in the left pane.
  2. Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.
  3. Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.
  4. Click one of the following:
    • Restart now (to finish the process of uninstalling Internet Explorer 9, and restore the previous version of Internet Explorer).
    • Restart later (to wait until you shut down or restart your computer).
Step 3 - Clean Out The Registry
  • Download a Registry Cleaner
The most important step is to download a registry cleaner and let it fix any of the errors which Windows may have. A registry cleaner is a type of software which is able to scan through your system and get rid of the various problems that your system will have inside its "registry database". If you're experiencing problems with this part of your PC, it's important that you're able to clean out any of the problems that your system will have, in order to allow Internet Explorer 9 to work properly again.
I recommend you should download Frontline Registry Cleaner to fix the problems you're experiencing with Internet Explorer 9. This tool is the most effective at getting rid of the various problems that Windows may have with its registry - allowing your system to run much smoother as a result.

Windows Explorer is not responding

Regcure can fix minor ptoblem to the registry , but it is not of any use against virused or problems caused from spyware.

If you reinstalled windows, Update Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer 6 normally crashes: Internet Explorer: Get It Now.

If IE keeps crashing, use Firefox, it is much better.
