Freezer is cold but not freezing, refrigerator is not cold
Frost is building in back of freezer. Cleaned all the stuff under the toe plate and whole bottom. Can hear it running but feel no air coming from vents in back.

if it is a frost free type it could be froze up.look for frost on the bottom back inside wall of the freezer,if you find frost there one of three things have failed, the defrost timer, the defrost heater or the defrost t-stat.if this is the case you will need to call your repair service to check it for you.too much electronics on all this stuff today i think.if on frost, check the cond. coil be hind the toe plate under the doors.this needs to be cleaned every 3 or 4 months.hope this helps.
when you had the back wall off how did the evaporator coil look?was the frost pattern even all over the coil or just on the top or bottom,if it didn't have an even frost pattern covering the whole coil you have a freon leak and will have to replace the machine.it will just keep getting warmer
Our side by side did the same, started because the cooling coils on the bottom (although cleaned regularly), still overworked due to build up of dust and especially pet hair. The heating coil in the freezer compartment which prevents ice buildup in modern (frost-free) units kicks on full time and the compressor can't compensate, thus your perishables start to thaw. Luckily we were still under warranty. hope this helps you at least start diagnosing the problem.
I would check your door seals to make sure they are doing there job. If warm moist air gets into an area of cold this will happen. You may need to get new seals for your freezer door.
Generally, This would be a sealed system problem. An inefficient compressor or low refrigerant. If you notice a build up of frost on the freezer panel it might be a defrost problem, but, I am leaning towards an inefficient compressor.
check freezer for frost build up on back wall and if fan blowing, check condenser make sure clean, and fan blowing,
check vents in refrig. make sure no blockage, controls should be in the middle setting,
