Change your password and the secret question that you have set to reset your password. Also, set a rule that it asks you for something like OTP before logging you in and the OTP should be sent to you on your phone. This will prevent anyone else from hacking into your account

Did you ask the person you gave it to. They should give you the password and then you play on!!

with this model phone that festure is not possible you would have to search for a special software if it is available online.

When you went through the password process you also had to set up your secret place in case you forgot your password. Go to your secret place and your Garmin will unlock and you can reset your password.

A secret question is only something you would ask yourself to help you remember your password.

For example if my password was my dogs name, I might craft a secret question to be...What is my dogs name? That's the best I can do for you, because there is no universal answer to your question!

let the battery die, plug in for a second, continue to hit escape unil you can see first menu options screen, quickly try to hit a option before the password screen comes back. it will take several times. once you have broken through to the first menu screen hit ++--+- (volume menu) secret menu come up then select reset device to factory
