Assume you are using antenna, not cable or sat for signal. abc signal is too low causing break up. Reaim antenna for better reception. Go to antennaweb.org website which should help you aim for best signal.
check your edimax setting for the adapter if teh wireless signal is the same as the routers chanel the edimax defaul channel is always set to chanel 1 for the signal of its wireless and if your router has a different channel most probably channel 11 or 6 which is the most likely chanel that many use
first off make sure that the chanel is set to the right input. check all your input chanels and make sure that its not on a diferent channel. also check both chanels 03 and 04 if you have an older model.
if all that is not doing anything then there mite be an issue with the av cabels see if any of them are missing the silver cover to go over the pin. if not then the cabels mite be cut inside it befor you go out and by new one try it out on a different tv and with a different xbox to see if theres anything. if the problem persists then i sugjest getn a new av cable for the xbox 360
Ok the problem was in the set up had to let it run through all the analog chanels and then through the didgital ones. After that it worked great. Thanks for the infoI read this on you sight so I tried it worked so were good.

VERTICAL BEAM BLANKING ACTIVE, CHECK PIN 4 OF IC401 FOR 3 VDC IF MISSING CHECK IC202 (5V REG) PART # 266P932010, ON THE SIGNAL PCB. 3. CHECK PIN 6 OF IC200 FOR 9 VDC IF LOW OR MISSING CHECK IC203 PART # 270P210010 ON THE SIGNAL PCB. 4. MAY BE INTERMITTENT. CHECK SOLDER CONNECTIONS AT CONNECTOR "DY" ON THE YOKES. Now these are the technical terms, if you do not have the experience you may need a qualified person to do this. Hope this helps
